This billing software is a proprietary product of Nexaroot Technology India Pvt. Ltd.. By registering, accessing, or using this software, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Registration is permitted only to individuals or organizations capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable laws of India.

• You confirm that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Any activity performed using your registered account will be considered as done by you.

• Nexaroot Technology India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

3. Software Usage

• This billing software is provided solely for lawful business and accounting purposes.

• You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, modify, resell, or distribute the software without written permission.

• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or disrupt the system may result in immediate termination of access.

4. Data & Privacy

• User data generated or stored in the software will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.

• You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.

• Nexaroot Technology India Pvt. Ltd. does not claim ownership over your business data.

5. Subscription & Charges

• Certain features may require paid subscriptions or usage-based charges.

• All payments made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Service Availability

• While we strive for maximum uptime, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

• Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.

7. Termination

• Nexaroot Technology India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if these terms are violated.

• Users may request account termination as per the defined process, subject to settlement of pending dues.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The software is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

• Nexaroot Technology India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this software.

9. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
